How do I know what style hair accessory to purchase? TOP

Alligator clips work well in most types of hair.  Alligator clips stay put because we place a no-slip Gripzie inside each hairclip. 

Snap clips work well in fine to medium hair types to sweep hair away from the face.  For thicker hair types, we recommend using snap clips as a way to control the wispy hairs that tend to fall out of place during an active girl's day.

All Lilla headbands are lined with textured grossgrain ribbon; however, headbands do not have plastic teeth to grab hair. We have found that the textured ribbon and width of headband keep the headband in place.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We gladly accept payment via credit card through Paypal or your Paypal account.  You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account to process a payment. 

How will my order be shipped? TOP

All orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service for a $2.00 flat fee regardless of quantity within the United States.

Will you ship internationally? TOP

Please e-mail us for specific information on international shipping.

Can I purchase your hairclips at a retail store? TOP

Yes!  We currently sell Lilla hair accessories in several Chicagoland stores.  Please see our "find us" link to locate a store near you.

Can I place a wholesale order for my retail store? TOP

Yes!  We welcome your interest in carrying Lilla accessories in your retail store.  Please e-mail us for futher details. 

How do I clean my Lilla hair accessory? TOP

We recommend using a gentle mixture of soap and warm water to spot clean Lilla hair accessories. 

Can I return an item? TOP

Please read the return policy below. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Lilla accepts returns for damaged items purchased via its website within 7 days of receipt of shipment. However, items will only be accepted in their original and unused condition. Then you can make an even exchange for the same item you ordered. All sales are final on all merchandise.

Returns will only be made for items that can be verified to have been purchased through our website. Lilla will not take returns or exchanges for items purchased at retail locations or at sample sales.

A copy of the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied the web order must be included with returns or exchanges.

You must contact customer service at shoplilla@gmail.com prior to sending back any merchandise.
